OneÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ Connect is intended to help the ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ manage and support its workforce. The major components of OneÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ Connect ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ“ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ¯payroll services,ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ¯talent management,ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ¯human resources management,ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ¯time and attendance, andÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ¯benefits administration ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ“ are unified and integrated into a single technology system.

What can employees do in OneÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ Connect?

Employees will use OneÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ Connect to record and submit time, access, review and update personal information including direct deposit, pay checks and benefits anytime, anywhere ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ“ by computer, tablet, or a smartphone.

How will employees access OneÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ Connect?

All employees access the system securely with their established log-on credentials and password.

Is the system the same for managers?

All employees access OneÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ Connect securely with their established log-on credentials and password. If you are a manager/supervisor of other employees, you are granted additional access within OneÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ Connect. After logging into the system, managers can switch between their role as an employee to manager using a drop down menu.
