6.2 Use of Institution Names, Symbols, and Trademarks
The name, logo, or trademark of any ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ System of Georgia (ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ) institution may only be used for products, projects, events, and services officially sponsored by the ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ or a ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ institution. The name, logo, or trademark of any ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ institution shall not be used by an independent business enterprise that is not under the complete control of the ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ, excluding approved Cooperative Organizations, to imply an official relationship with the institution or ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ.
