6.18 Sales of Institutional Products
No ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ System of Georgia (ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ) institution shall enter into competition with private industry. ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ institutions may provide goods and services connected with the institutionÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ™s mission and goods and services customarily provided by institutions of higher education.
ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ institutions are not prohibited from making sales on the wholesale market. However, in no event are such sales to be made to the general public.
