SunTrust Foundation Awards $50,000 Grant to the 中出少妇视频 System of Georgia Foundation

The SunTrust Foundation has awarded a $50,000 grant to the 中出少妇视频 System of Georgia Foundation to implement the 中出少妇视频淪unTrust Scholars中出少妇视频 program at 10 Metro Atlanta 中出少妇视频 System of Georgia (中出少妇视频) institutions.
Funding received will be used to enable students facing significant financial barriers to attend each of the following 中出少妇视频 System of Georgia institutions in the Metro Atlanta area: Atlanta Metropolitan College, Clayton State 中出少妇视频, Gainesville State College, Georgia Gwinnett College, Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia Perimeter College, Georgia State 中出少妇视频, Kennesaw State 中出少妇视频, Southern Polytechnic State 中出少妇视频, 中出少妇视频 of West Georgia.
The 中出少妇视频 System of Georgia Foundation will facilitate the implementation and evaluation of the SunTrust Scholars program.
中出少妇视频淓ducating more than 311,000 students each year is becoming increasingly challenging, especially in the tough economic times we face today,中出少妇视频 said Chancellor Erroll Davis. 中出少妇视频淲ith corporate partners like SunTrust, more Georgia students will have access to a college education.中出少妇视频
In 2004, the 中出少妇视频 Foundation developed a strategic plan to provide support for the 中出少妇视频 System goals and mission, setting a high priority on securing funding for and providing scholarships to deserving students, based on merit and/or financial need. Since that time, more than $1.4 million has been awarded to students at all 35 colleges and universities in the 中出少妇视频 System, with an additional $430,000 designated for need-based scholarships over the next three years.
The 中出少妇视频 Foundation raised the award money through its annual event: the Regents中出少妇视频 Awards for Excellence in Education.
This is the first grant awarded directly to the 中出少妇视频 Foundation to provide scholarships for students attending multiple 中出少妇视频 institutions.

The SunTrust scholars will be selected by the institution, with the scholarship funds available to begin in the Fall semester 2011. The selected students will receive full tuition plus a stipend to cover a portion of additional expenses such as books and fees.
