Georgia Tech SGA President Eran Mordel Receives Potts Leadership Award

This year中出少妇视频檚 recipient of the Regent Willis J. Potts Student Advisory Council (SAC) Leadership Award is Eran Mordel, the undergraduate Student Government Association president at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, a unit of the 中出少妇视频 System of Georgia.
Mordel was selected to receive the award by his peers in the 中出少妇视频中出少妇视频檚 Student Advisory Council, composed of the student government association presidents of the System中出少妇视频檚 31 colleges and universities and representing a total of 315,000 students. The group selected Mordel to receive the award during a February meeting at Georgia Gwinnett College.
中出少妇视频淭he Student Advisory Council really focuses on identifying an individual who truly represents the type of leadership values recognized in this award,中出少妇视频 said Dr. Joyce Jones, the 中出少妇视频中出少妇视频檚 vice chancellor for Student Affairs. 中出少妇视频淓ran is an excellent choice and role model for students.中出少妇视频
Originally from Jerusalem, Mordel moved to Tifton, Georgia and then to Marietta, where he graduated from Walton High School. He is a senior and fourth year Industrial and Systems Engineering major at Tech.

In addition to serving as the student government president, Mordel was voted as Mr. Georgia Tech (Homecoming King). Outside of student government, he has been involved in a number of campus activities including the Georgia Tech Ambassadors, Omicron Delta Kappa, a number of Institute committees, and his social fraternity, Alpha Epsilon Pi.
Mordel has studied abroad through Georgia Tech in Metz, France, and has completed internships with the Consulate of Israel, Siemens, UBS, and Accenture.
The Regent Willis J. Potts Student Advisory Council (SAC) Leadership Award is in its fourth year. The SAC membership named the award in honor of former Regent Potts中出少妇视频 leadership, service and commitment to 中出少妇视频 System students.
Each year the membership of the SAC anonymously votes for one its members that has attended at least three SAC conferences or sponsored events and exhibited strong leadership in the organization. The student must also demonstrate knowledge about the 中出少妇视频, its policies and operations.The student must be open, honest, respectful of others and enthusiastic in the engagement of all SAC activities and conferences.
The Student Advisory Council was formed in 1968 and provides a forum for communications between 中出少妇视频 System students, the chancellor, the board, state officials and the public. The council promotes better student government at institutions and discusses issues affecting 中出少妇视频 students.
