3.5 Personal Use of Institutional Procurement Channels

Personal use of institutional procurement channels is not permitted. The ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ Policy Manual states:
Absent a specific and approved exemption, employees of the ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ System shall not purchase goods or services for personal use through channels used in the purchase of goods and services for the operation of the ÖгöÉÙ¸¾ÊÓƵ System.
